This case is steeply discounted because we want you to sample all the beautiful wines that can be made naturally...With a little extra time in barrel and some additional effort we take in every step, we can remove all unnecessary ingredients that BIG WINE won't disclose to you.
You'll get 12 bottles showcasing our wide variety of blends and single varietal wines we create each year. A typical case will include Sangiovese, Super Tuscan Blend, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Bordeaux Blend, Montepulciano, Nero d'Avola, Sauvignon Blanc and a couple other staple products to round out the case and introduce you to our way of wine. Our wines are produced with very little sulfites (less than 10mg per liter) and no chemical intervention besides yeast for managing fermentation and filtration pads before bottling for improving clarity.
